Quotes and Estimates

Pricing information shared on the site or in response to a quote request is an estimate based on the information provided. Final pricing, scope, and timelines are set in a written agreement before work begins. Quotes are not binding offers until accepted by both parties in writing.

Contractor Portal

The contractor portal is provided to vetted general contractors and partners. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, inactivity, or for any reason at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, photography, drawings, and designs, is owned by The Ornamental Man or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission. Designs and CAD drawings we produce for a project remain our intellectual property except as expressly granted in your project agreement.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit photos, files, or descriptions through the site, you grant us a limited license to use them for the purpose of preparing your quote and completing your project.

The website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate but make no warranties about availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ornamental Man is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability arising out of any project we fabricate or install is governed by your written project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
